  • Problems with task entry, AI suggestions, and starting or stopping the timer
  • Problems related to notifications, flip actions, history, shortcuts, and sharing features
  • Reports about display issues in the store-released version

2. Information to Prepare Before Contacting Support

Before reaching out, please prepare the following information.

  • Operating system and version
  • Device name
  • App version and build number
  • Steps that led to the issue
  • Whether it happens every time or only occasionally
  • Whether the device was connected to the network
  • Screenshots of the screen or any error message

3. Common Troubleshooting Checks

3.1 AI Suggestions Do Not Return

  • Confirm the device is connected to the network
  • Check whether there may be a temporary service outage
  • See whether restarting the app resolves the issue

3.2 Notifications Do Not Arrive

  • Make sure notifications are enabled in the app
  • Make sure notification permission is granted in the operating system
  • Check whether battery-saving settings or focus modes are suppressing notifications

3.3 Flip Actions Do Not Work

  • Confirm the device and OS are supported
  • Confirm the accelerometer is functioning normally
  • Check whether a case or the placement surface is making orientation detection unstable

3.4 Data Appears to Be Missing

Most app data is stored locally on the device. It may be lost if the app is deleted, the device is reset, or app data is cleared through operating-system settings.

4. What We Cannot Guarantee

The following items cannot always be supported or restored.

  • Restoring local data after device deletion or reset
  • Temporary AI suggestion downtime caused by external service outages
  • Perfect notification or sensor behavior under device- or OS-specific restrictions
  • Custom commitments for future features or features not currently offered
