These terms define the conditions for using the app "Not Now Okay?".

1. About the App
The app is a pomodoro timer intended to support personal focus. It does not provide medical care, contracted work, legal judgment, or other forms of professional advice.
2. Information Entered by the User
Users can enter task names, work durations, break durations, and other information needed to use the app. That input is used to provide app functionality, display history, generate shortcuts, create share cards, and generate AI suggestions.
3. AI Suggestion Feature
The app may generate AI suggestions through a Cloudflare Worker based on the task description and history summary entered by the user. AI suggestions are reference information only and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for a specific purpose.
4. Device Features
The app may use the following device features. These features may be unavailable depending on the device or operating-system state.
- Accelerometer: front/back device orientation detection
- Notifications: break-end alerts
- Android Do Not Disturb controls: only when explicitly authorized by the user
- System sharing features: only when the user initiates a share action
5. Stored Data
The app mainly stores tasks, history, shortcuts, settings, and consent state on the device. Stored data may be lost if the device is reset, the app is deleted, or storage is cleared.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use the app for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate public order and morals. They must also not interfere with the operation of the app or related services, attempt unauthorized access, obstruct analysis, or impose excessive load.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided as-is. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, inability to use it, the content of AI suggestions, or limitations imposed by external services or operating systems, except where liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law or where damage is caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes and Termination
We may change the content, specifications, or delivery method of the app, or discontinue it altogether. Material changes will be announced through the app, public pages, store listings, or similar channels.
